What is included in the price of the puppy?

Puppies come from genetic tested parents who are registered and have traceable bloodlines. We include multiple dewormings and 6 weeks shots. Each puppy gets a take home bag of shot records, veterinarian exam, samples of food and vitamins and extra goodies. Registration papers are available after you provide OBX Doodles proof of completed spay or neuter.

What if there are not enough puppies, the color or gender I want is not born or the mother of the litter experiences a miscarriage?

Your family will be permitted to move your deposit to a comparable litter. You will be placed behind any families already on that litter. If another litter is not available your deposit will be refunded in full.

Do your doodles shed?

Most of our doodles are low to no shedding and low to no dander. This varies with the generation of the parents. If you have specific allergy concerns please make us aware so we may match you with the upcoming litter that will best suit your needs.

Can I buy more than one doodle?

We have had multiple families buy more than one doodle from us. We advise against two puppies from the same litter but have had a few families successfully adopt littermates. Please extensively read up on littermate syndrome to understand if your family is capable of raising two babies at the same time. We reserve the right to deny the purchase of a second doodle if we think it will not be a good fit for your family.

What age will my puppy come home?

North Carolina law mandates that puppies not be rehomed prior to 8 weeks of age. This allows the time puppies require to learn valuable social skills from their littermates and other doodles in our home. No exceptions will be made.
